SCA Expo can be an overwhelming whirlwind of activities. Many exhibitors use their booths to do product demos, marketing activations, and scheduled guest bar appearances. There are also plenty of workshops, satellite events, and other speaking engagements surrounding the show.


Hiring a professional photographer like me—someone who has done plenty of event photography and has a background in marketing—takes a big load off your plate. You don't have to worry about missing a moment because you were too busy talking to a customer to capture it. My images can be used in marketing collateral, recap blog posts, social media posts and stories, and even sales sheets.


I'm also happy to provide custom quotes, if you have a mix of photography needs.

An industry veteran

I've attended the SCA Coffee Expo for many years and am intimately familiar with what it takes to exhibit at the show, plan a workshop, and host an event. I shot exclusively for Acaia's booth for a decade and was also a coffee marketing consultant during that time.

I approach event photography with a marketing eye: I plan ahead with a shot list, find the candids, and deliver fully edited photos that you can immediately use on social media.

Coffee Expo photography pricing


Pricing is pretty simple and based on the duration of the coverage. You are welcome to book for multiple days. There are two types of event packages available. One is for standard event shooting that favors candids, like booth engagement and workshops. The other is for a fly-by mini-session: 15 minutes in a booth, great for catching you in action and a handful of photos for social media.

All coverage includes:


  • Prep work
  • Post-production time: In-house, professionally edited, un-watermarked photos. Review my photography style
  • Delivery by Wednesday, May 1
  • Password-protected online gallery: shareable & downloadable, posted for 60 days. Images are available in hi-res and web/social res
  • Commercial use license

Booth engagement, marketing activations, panels, workshops, candids, booth setup details (such as for booth designers), product demos, special cuppings.

Fly-by mini-session

Guest barista on bar, action shots, candids. Not available for lecture series, because the hall is too far from the show floor and I'm bad at running. Limited spots available.

In addition to the services above, I am also offering the below at 10% off my standard rates (up to $200 off), scheduled outside of the show floor hours:



Your responsibilities are:


  • To be officially booked: fill out the inquiry form below and I can either provide a quote or we book a discovery call
  • Sign the contract and pay the 50% deposit. Payment is due in full before all the photos can be delivered.
  • Provide a guest pass if the session is in your booth (the exhibitor's "Invite a Customer" pass)
  • Complete a shot list worksheet, due two weeks before the event
  • Relax!
